Hayley graduated with Honours from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) School of Optometry in 2006 and has since gained extensive experience providing eye care across Australia and overseas. She joined the Total Eyecare team in 2015 after relocating with her family.
As a therapeutically endorsed Optometrist, Hayley is qualified to prescribe medications for the management of eye conditions including glaucoma, dry eye disease, infections and inflammatory disorders. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with interests in ocular disease, children’s vision, and contact lens care. Hayley has also volunteered with outreach programs providing eye care to remote Aboriginal communities and in Fiji.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Tasmania’s beautiful outdoors, especially through ocean swimming.
Hayley is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised eye care and building long-term relationships with her patients. She consults at our Sandy Bay and Kingston practices and looks forward to caring for you and your family’s vision.
Hayley practices primarily in Huonville and Kingston.
